The sampling device comprises a sampling container, a sampling rod component and a pressure regulating component. The pressure regulating component is connected to the sampling container. One side of the sampling container has a first connecting portion detachably connected to a core can, andthe first connecting portion has a communication hole which can be opened and closed. The sampling rod component is located on a side of the sampling container opposite to the first connecting portion, a first end of the sampling rod component is located in the sampling container and is used for taking a sample, a second end of the sampling rod component is outside the sampling container, and thesampling rod component can move relative to the sampling container along the axis of the sampling rod component such that the first end extends into the core can via the communication hole to take thesample.
