The present invention further provides a preparation method of a low frequency noise bionic acoustic metamaterial. The preparation method comprises the steps of: dividing the rigid rectangular frame into the plurality of cells; installing the transverse flexible ligament, the longitudinal flexible ligament and the oblique flexible ligament on the rigid rectangular frame in each cell through hinges; and connecting the ring resonators through the hinges on the flexible ligaments.
