The method comprises the steps of receiving an authority query message from a service system,the authority query message being used for querying an operation authority of a current user for an enterprise account registered to the service system; based on the authority query message, verification information is acquired from a first client, the first client is installed on a user terminal used by the current user, and the verification information is associated with the identity of the current user; under the condition that it is determined that the verification information is valid, agent permission information is obtained from the blockchain, the agent permission information at leastcomprises operation permission information of a current user for the enterprise account, and operation permission indicated by the operation permission information is specified by a manager of the enterprise account; and the agent authority information is sent to the service system.
