The method comprises following steps: 1), acquiring point cloud coordinate data required by drawing a lateral view and a vertical view of a vehicle in the time period of vehicle outline size detection based on left and right lasers; 2), calculating average speed of vehicle traveling by an optoelectronic switch group, and calculating a Z-axis direction coordinate value of a coordinate point in point cloud data per frame according to scanning frequencyf and the average speed of the laser radars; 3), converting three-dimensional point cloud data into two-dimensional coordinate point data needed by different views; 4), drawing the lateral view and the vertical view of the detected vehicle by the Windows GDI; and 5), drawing a boundary marking of the detected vehicle.
