Abstract

The invention discloses a dye mixing device. The tank comprises a tank body, wherein a cover body is arranged on the upper end of the tank body; a main stirring shaft is mounted in the middle of the cover body and is driven by a main motor to rotate; the lower end of the main stirring shaft is connected with main stirring blades; the lower surface of the cover body is connected with a plurality ofstirring barrels; an opening is formed in the cover body, a lifting plate is arranged above the opening and driven by an air cylinder to move up and down; an auxiliary motor is installed on the lifting plate and connected with an auxiliary rotating shaft; auxiliary stirring blades are installed on the auxiliary rotating shaft; a discharging opening is formed in the lower end of the stirring barrel; a conical blocking body is arranged at the lower end of the auxiliary rotating shaft; and a discharging opening is formed in the bottom of the tank body. According to the dye mixing device disclosed by the invention, dyes with various colors in components can be dissolved by adding water into the stirring barrel at the same time and then are mixed and stirred in the tank body, so that slurry with a required color is finally formed. Dye loss is not likely to occur, moisture in the slurry and the component proportion of all dyes can be effectively controlled, meanwhile, time can be saved, andthe slurry preparation efficiency is improved.
