Problems solved by technology

Not supporting out-of-order scheduling in this case could be detrimental to the latency of URLLC communication in the event that eMBB communication is already scheduled
There is no benefit in supporting out-of-order scheduling except in this case
[0006] Therefore, whether to support out-of-order scheduling may become a new problem in newly developed communication systems

Abstract

Various solutions for handling out-of-order scheduling with respect to user equipment and network apparatus in mobile communications are described. An apparatus may receive a downlink control information (DCI) from a network node. The apparatus may detect whether an out-of-order scheduling is configured by the DCI. The apparatus may determine not to process the out-of-order scheduling in an eventthat the out-of-order scheduling is configured.

Description

[0001] This disclosure claims a part of the non-provisional application of priority to U.S. Patent Application No. 62 / 671,491, filed May 15, 2018, the contents of which are incorporated by reference into this disclosure in their entirety. 【Technical field】 [0002] The present disclosure relates generally to mobile communications and, more particularly, to handling out-of-order scheduling with respect to user devices and network devices in mobile communications. 【Background technique】 [0003] Unless otherwise indicated herein, the approaches described in this section are not prior art to the claims listed below and are not included in this section as prior art. [0004] In New Radio (NR) Release 15, the Time Domain Resource Allocation (TD-RA) block frame supports the K0 parameter, which allows scheduling grants (e.g., DCI format 1_0 or 1_1) to schedule the physical downlink on different time slots Shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. NR Release 15 also supports Type B reso...
