Under the synchronous drive of a power source, the four scissor-type lifting mechanisms perform scissor-type movement to support and lift the top cover plate. Support arms of the scissor-type lifting mechanisms are provided with protruding parts or additional components to turn the turnable vertical compartment plates on the left and right sides upward. The horizontal included angle for upward turning is greater than 45 degrees and less than 90 degrees. The turnable vertical compartment plateson four sides are manually turned upward to be in a 90-degree vertical state.
