[0048] The test materials come from 18 groups in the natural distribution area of Cinnamomum camphora, namely Luzhou in Sichuan, Jing'an in Jiangxi, Ningdu in Jiangxi, Yibin in Sichuan, Daozhen in Guizhou, Guilin in Guangxi, Enjiang in Jiangxi, Longgang in Jiangxi, Anqing in Anhui, Le'an in Jiangxi, Ruihong in Jiangxi, Pingxiang in Jiangxi, Guangzhou in Guangdong, Nanchang in Jiangxi, Guiyang in Guizhou, Libo in Guizhou, Wuyishan in Fujian and Nanjing in Jiangsu. Select ancient camphor trees with a diameter at breast height greater than 60 cm, collect 5-10 fresh leaves from each individual, transport them on dry ice, and store them in a -80°C refrigerator by quick freezing with liquid nitrogen.
