Abstract

The invention discloses a virtual extensible local area network (VXLAN) message encapsulation and strategy execution method, equipment and system. In the method, communication equipment determines anapplication identifier identifying an application type in which an Ethernet frame participates, and puts the application identifier in a VXLAN header.
