Abstract

The voltage swing control circuit comprises an inverting circuit and a control circuit, one end of the inverting circuitis connected with the CAM matching line, the other end of the inverting circuit is connected with the control circuit, and the inverting circuit is used for inverting the voltage of the CAM matching line to obtain a first voltage signal and outputting the first voltage signal to the control circuit; the control circuit is used for determining whether to control the pull-down channel between the CAM matching line and the ground to be disconnected or not according to the first voltage signal.
