A limiting rib is arranged on the inner wall of the guide cylinder; the first gear is provided with a first clamping structure and a second clamping structure which are selectively jointed with the limiting rib, so that the first gear has a first position and a second position; the movable end assembly comprises a base and a connecting rod connected with the base, the connecting rod penetrates through center holes of the first gear and the second gear and extends intothe pressing type rod locking device, and the base is used for pushing the second gear to move in the axial direction. In a first state, the limiting rib is connected with the first clamping structure, the first gear is located at the first position, and the rod locking device pressing type rod locking device loosens the connecting rod.
