Embodiment

[0056] like Figure 4 The bee venom collecting device shown includes an agar plate 3 , an agar 31 disposed therein, a rubber film 4 disposed on the surface of the agar 31 , and a sealing cover 7 for sealing the agar plate 3 . The rubber film 4 is tightly attached to the surface of the agar 31 after soaking in deionized water or double distilled water. The agar plate 3 is prepared using agar, and chloramphenicol is added during the preparation process.

[0057] Wherein, the diameter of the agar plate 3 is 2-8 cm, and the thickness of the agar is 2-6 mm.

[0058] like figure 2 , image 3 As shown, when the described or bee venom collection and weight detection device collects bee venom, it includes the following steps:

[0059] S1 Prepare the agar plate 3 with a pH value of 4.5-7.0, use an electronic balance to weigh the weight of the agar plate 3 at this time, and record it as m 0 , the surface of the agar 31 in the agar plate 3 is provided with a rubber film 4;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for collecting live bee venom. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a gel plate with the pH value of 4.5-7.0, wherein a hydrophobic elastic membraneis arranged on the gel surface in the gel plate; S2, using live bees to sting the gel plate, leaving bee needles in the gel through the hydrophobic elastic membrane, and continuously injecting bee venom; and S3, after the bee venom is injected, taking down the hydrophobic elastic membrane and the bee needles on the hydrophobic elastic membrane, and sealing and storing the gel plate. The inventionfurther discloses a method and device for detecting the weight of the live bee venom. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the live bee venom which is obtained by stingingof the bees is sealed by using the gel, on one hand, the method can be used for detecting the weight of the bee venom, on the other hand, the method can be directly used as a corresponding bee venom product processing raw material together with the gel, and the weight of the bee venom in the gel is detected by a weight detection method during use. The hydrophobic elastic membrane is arranged on the gel surface, so that the live bee needles can be actively left in the gel plate and the bee venom can be continuously injected into the gel plate, the method is convenient to operate, and the collection of the bee venom is complete.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of bee venom collection and detection, and in particular relates to a method and device for bee venom collection and bee venom weight detection. Background technique [0002] Clinical application of honey bee venom to treat multiple arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, atrophic arthritis and osteoarthritis has a certain curative effect, and the curative effect gradually becomes more significant with the lapse of treatment time. Bee venom is also used in the treatment of many inflammations such as ophthalmology, stomatology, and dermatology. It can also effectively inhibit the growth of tumors, and the effect is obvious. [0003] Honey bee venom is the venom that exists in the bee venom sac. When the bee stings, the bee venom is excreted through the pincers. The bees currently studied mainly include Apis mellifera, Apis mellifera, Apis carniola, and European black bee. The bee venom is a very ...
