A seismic lithofacies prediction method and system based on virtual well random simulation are disclosed. The method may include: for an actual seismic trace data, multiple virtual wells are generated based on Markov prior constraints, and each virtual well includes lithofacies and reservoir parameters; The simulated seismic trace data corresponding to the virtual well; the optimal similarity coefficient between the simulated seismic trace data corresponding to each virtual well and the actual seismic trace data is calculated, and N virtual wells with the largest optimal similarity coefficient are selected as the preferred virtual wells to optimize the virtual wells.
