To this end, there is provided an intravenous fluid bag packaging envelope vacuum-packaging system comprising: an intravenous fluid bag pickup unit for picking up an intravenous fluid bag transferred to a first conveyor; an intravenous fluid bag transfer unit having an intravenous fluid bag transfer plate on which the intravenous fluid bag picked up by the intravenous fluid bag pickup unit is seated, the intravenous fluid bag transfer unit transferring theintravenous fluid bag transfer plate to a second conveyor; a packaging envelope transfer unit for transferring a packaging envelope from a shelf arranged on a side surface of the second conveyor to the intravenous fluid bag transfer plate; a packaging envelope containing box in which the packaging envelopes are laminated and contained; a packaging envelope pickup unit for suctioning a packaging envelope positioned on the uppermost end of the packaging envelope containing box and delivering the same to the packaging envelope transfer unit rotated to the upper portion of the shelf; and a vacuumsealing unit installed on the second conveyor so as to vacuum-evacuate the packaging envelope in which the intravenous fluid bag is contained and to seal the same. According to the present invention,in the process of packaging an intravenous fluid bag with a packaging envelope, the space between the intravenous fluid bag and the packaging envelope can be processed in a vacuum condition such thatno condensed water is generated between the intravenous fluid bag and the packaging envelope in the process of circulating the intravenous fluid bag that contains an intravenous fluid and the like.
