The grating rotation method comprises the following steps: acquiring an initial wavelength and an end wavelength of a scanning range; determining a starting angle and an ending angle of grating rotation according to a preset grating rotation angle series value, the starting wavelength and the end wavelength; and rotating the grating according to the starting angle and the ending angle to obtain required spectral information. The wavelength corresponding to the starting angle is smaller than the initial wavelength, and the wavelength corresponding to the ending angle is larger than the end wavelength.
