The battery box for the railway tractor further comprises a first heat dissipation statein which the heat of the battery module is extracted by the cooling fan when the temperature of the accommodating cavity reaches a set temperature, and a second heat dissipation state in which the battery module naturally cools when the temperature of the accommodating cavity is lower than the set temperature.
