The updating mechanism comprises an updating, upgrading and publishing system and an updating and publishing engine, wherein the updating, upgrading and publishing system is used for generating an SDK (Software Development Kit) publishing package, generating a differential file, publishing the SDK publishing package in stages and managing a channel version; and the update publishing engine is used for responding to the request of the client, returning the download address of the full update and on-demand data file, and returning the download address of the differential file update according to the service logic.
