The invention provides a measurement time determination method and device, a resident cell determination method and device, a parameter determination method and device, equipment and a storage medium.The measurement time determination method comprises the steps: receiving the configuration information of an automatic neighbor relation (ANR), and the configuration information comprising a measurement configuration parameter, an ANR measurement duration or an ANR measurement timer; performing ANR measurement based on the configuration information; ending the ANR measurement if the first condition is satisfied. The first condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: reaching ANR measurement duration, overtime of an ANR measurement timer, or obtaining of an ANR measurement result.
