Embodiment Construction

[0054] figure 1 is a plan view of a house unit assembly 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. In this preferred embodiment, the housing unit 110 is used as a prefabricated unmanned studio for placing financial equipment, and the housing unit 120 is used as its subsidiary office. The house unit 110 is equipped with an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) 173 , an automatic loan contract machine 175 , a paper shredder 177 and a chair 171 . The room unit 120 is equipped with fixed tables 181 and 183 and chairs 191 to 197 .

[0055] These items can either be assembled when the housing unit leaves the factory, or can be delivered and installed after the housing unit components have been assembled locally. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to reduce the work on the construction site as much as possible, the tables 181 and 183 are equipped at the factory, and the electrical equipment such as the automatic teller machine 173, the au...

Abstract

Provided is a house unit that can be easily disassembled and easily reerected as a different construction, and that can provide adequate security for the original construction and for the reerected construction. According to the present invention, as the side faces of a rectangular parallelepiped frame construction can be selectively bonded to another frame construction or external wall panels, expansion or rebuilding can be facilitated. Since the external wall panels can be easily removed without damaging the essential components of the construction of the frame or of the external wall panels, the removed external wall panels can be used again. In addition, since the external wall panels can be removed only from inside the frame construction, the house unit assembly can provide a high level of security.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to housing unit structures, and more particularly to prefabricated housing unit structures that are easy to transport and construct. Background technique [0002] As described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication Nos. Hei 6-280405 and Hei 3-159510, conventional methods of connecting interior wall panels to frame structures, or providing pre-assembled electrical wiring, reduce work on the construction site. [0003] Therefore, for conventional housing units designed with the potential to reduce construction site work, the described method is used to connect the internal wall panels to the frame structure and to provide pre-assembled electrical wiring. [0004] However, conventional housing units are designed on the premise of reducing on-site work, and thus do not provide installed housing units that can be expanded or reconstructed, nor do they provide housing units that can be dismantled and transported to another si...
