A locking piece is detachably arranged on the clamping groove; the strain wire clamp is detachably clamped and fixed on the strainwire, and two end parts of the strain wire clamp are connected with the second ends of the connecting rods; each screw rod assembly comprises a screw, a first nut and a handle; the first end of the screw upwards penetrates through the U-shaped ring clamp, and the second end of the screw is connected with the first end of each connecting rod; the first nut is rotatably arranged on the U-shaped ring clamp and is in threaded fit with the screw; and the handle is connected with the first nut and used for driving the first nut to rotate.
