The invention discloses a knowledge question and answer retrieval method and device based on a tourism domain knowledge graph, and the method comprises the following steps: crawling tourism website information through employing a Python program, and constructing the tourism domain knowledge graph; enabling a user to input a natural language question related to travel; analyzing a natural languagequestion proposed by the user, performing word segmentation on the natural language, and performing part-of-speech tagging on each word; storing the knowledge graph in an entity-attribute-attribute value form, and linking the questions with the knowledge graph; and querying related triples from the knowledge graph according to the linked entities and attributes, and returning attribute values. Theinvention further discloses a device for realizing the method, terminal equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and convenient and effective tourism information query service can be provided for tourists.
