Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of microwave soil remediation, and particularly discloses a microwave absorbent and a preparation method thereof. The microwave absorbent is prepared from,by weight, 35 to 45 parts of attapulgite, 10 to 17 parts of nanometer titanium dioxide, 20 to 30 parts of ferrite, 15 to 26 parts of Fe3 (CO)12, 55 to 65 parts of a solvent, 10 to 13 parts of a blender and 14 to 20 parts of a flame retardant. The microwave absorbent prepared in the invention has the advantages of strong wave-absorbing ability, wide wave-absorbing frequency band, large specific surface area and stable performances, and the maximum reflection loss reaches-39.3 dB within the frequency band of 2-18 GHz, i.e., the loss rate is as high as 99.99% or above.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of microwave soil restoration, in particular to a microwave absorber and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the adjustment of my country's industrial layout and the relocation of urban construction enterprises, many chemical plants, electroplating plants, steel plants, substations and other enterprises have left a large number of heavily polluted sites with high concentrations of organic matter after relocation, endangering human settlements and surrounding ecology. Safety has become a soil environmental problem that needs to be solved urgently. [0003] The soil remediation methods for organic matter mainly include physical methods, chemical methods and biological methods. At present, the widely used method is microwave soil thermal remediation technology, which relies on microwaves to penetrate into the soil, so that all parts of the soil can obtain heat at the...
