PCT designated stageWO2026012305A1Organic oxidationOrganic compound preparationCyclohexanonePtru catalyst
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for directly preparing a phenol and an aldehyde or a ketone from an alkyl aromatic hydrocarbon as a raw material on the basis of a selective carbon-carbon bond oxidative cleavage reaction. The method is carried out on the basis of the following steps: mixing an alkyl aromatic hydrocarbon as represented by general formula (I) with a photocatalyst, hydrobromic acid, and an organic solvent and enabling the mixture to react under the conditions of oxygen as an oxidant and light irradiation to simultaneously prepare a phenol compound as represented by general formula (II) and a ketone or aldehyde compound as represented by general formula (III). In the present invention, bulk alkyl aromatic hydrocarbons are used as raw materials for reaction to produce phenol, aldehyde, and ketone organic chemical raw materials. Compared with traditional synthesis methods, the present invention has many advantages such as inexpensive and readily available catalysts, mild reaction conditions, simple operation, good selectivity, and high safety, is suitable for large-scale synthesis of phenols, p-cresol, cyclohexanone, etc., and exhibits wide application prospects.

A parallel interface engineered viologen-based defective carbon nitride composite material, a preparation method and application thereof

This invention discloses a parallel-interface engineered viologen-based defective carbon nitride composite material, its preparation method, and its applications, belonging to the field of energy catalysis and photochemical materials technology. The material comprises: a defective graphitic carbon nitride support; single-atom platinum catalytic sites supported on the support; and a selenium-containing viologen compound anchored by covalent bonds in a configuration parallel to the support surface. Through a bilateral covalent bonding strategy, viologen molecules are stably anchored in a parallel configuration to the single-atom platinum-modified defective carbon nitride surface, constructing a highly efficient and stable "electron bridge" structure, significantly enhancing interfacial bonding and photogenerated electron transport efficiency. This composite material exhibits excellent photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity and efficient coupling ability with benzylamine oxidation under visible light, and its activity retention rate reaches over 92% after 144 hours of cycling. It provides a new paradigm for solving the problem of poor interfacial stability in photocatalysts and has significant application prospects in the field of solar fuel synthesis.

Method and system for optimizing mechanical and / or thermal vapor compression in a multi-stage process

This invention utilizes mechanical vapor compression and / or thermal vapor compression, integrating compression loops across multiple process stages. A sequential network of compressors is used to increase the pressure and condensation temperature of vapor within each process stage as an internal vapor flow, and as an inter-vapor flow branching between process stages. Because available vapor is shared between compressor stages, the number of compressors can be reduced, improving economics. By separating vapor between compressor stages to balance the vapor mass flow rate across multiple process stages in the incremental compressor stages, the entire vapor compression system can be customized to individual process energy requirements and adapt to dynamic fluctuations in process conditions.

Visible-light-mediated one-step method for preparing phenol and cyclohexanone from cyclohexylbenzene

The present invention relates to a visible-light-mediated one-step method for preparing phenol and cyclohexanone from cyclohexylbenzene (CHB). The method specifically comprises: under the irradiation of visible light, and with a hydrogen bromide solution as a catalyst and oxygen as an oxidizing agent, directly oxidizing cyclohexylbenzene in an organic solvent to break a carbon-carbon bond, so as to generate phenol and cyclohexanone. The method avoids such a process in a cyclohexylbenzene method in the prior art that cyclohexylbenzene needs to be first oxidized to obtain cyclohexylbenzene-1-hydroperoxide (1-CHBHP), then the mixture of the oxidation reaction products is treated, and then a cyclohexylbenzene peroxide is decomposed in an acidic condition to obtain phenol and cyclohexanone, and also avoids potential risks caused by the accumulation of peroxides. In addition, the method further has a great number of advantages of the operation being simple, reagents being easily available, reaction conditions being mild, easy control being achievable, the reaction being able to be scaled-up, a good selectivity being obtained, etc.
