The device comprises a high-temperature detection unit which is absorbed at the heating end of the heat conduction material. The high-temperature detection unit comprises a heating module and a high-temperature collection module. The heating module is used for heating the heating end, andthe high-temperature collection module is configured to acquire heating temperature data of the heated heating end. And the low-temperature detection unit is adsorbed at the heat transfer end of the heat conduction material and is configured to acquire heat transfer temperature data at the heat transfer end. The measurement and calculation control unit controls the high-temperature detection unitand the low-temperature detection unit and is configured to receive heating temperature data from the high-temperature detection unit and heat transfer temperature data from the low-temperature detection unit; and determining the thermal resistance of the heat conducting material according to the heating temperature data and the heat transfer temperature data.
