Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aircraft central wing box. The aircraft central wing box is manufactured from a plurality of U-shaped profile sections (44) and C-shaped profilesections (46) made of composite materials and outer skins (48) of fiber reinforcements formed on the U-shaped profile sections and the C-shaped profile sections. The method is characterized in that the C-shaped profile sections (46) and the U-shaped profile sections (44) are obtained through a method involving a step of compressing the resin-impregnated fiber reinforcements at a pressure larger than or equal to 7 Pa and at a temperature less than or equal to 90 DEG C. The invention further relates to the aircraft central wing box obtained through using the above method. The dimensional accuracy and the geometric accuracy of the profile sections and the surface finishment of the profile sections can be optimized through the solution.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to a method for producing a center wing box from profile sections produced by high-pressure, low-temperature forming, and to a center wing box obtained by applying said method. Background technique [0002] Such as figure 1 As shown in , the structure of the aircraft includes a fuselage 10 connected by a central wing box 14 and a wing structure 12 . [0003] according to figure 2 In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 , the center wing box box 14 includes an upper panel 16 , a lower panel 18 , a front spar 20 , and a rear spar 22 . [0004] For the rest of the description, the interior surface or face corresponds to the surface or face facing towards the inside of the center wing box box 14 . In contrast, the outer surface or face corresponds to the surface or face facing towards the outside of the central wing box box 14 . [0005] Each panel or spar 16 to 22 is stiffened and includes stiffeners 24 on its inner fa...
