Problems solved by technology

[0006] According to the inadequacies of the current treatment of mastitis, the present invention provides an experimental method for the treatment of mastitis with pelvic glucoside. The present invention has a wide range of sources of drug extraction materials, an obvious effect on treating mammary glands, and does not cause milk poisoning. The advantages of antibiotic residues, not easy to cause bacterial drug resistance, etc., are beneficial to solve the problems of antibiotic residues, drug-resistant bacteria and insufficient alternative therapeutic drugs in the treatment of dairy cow mastitis

Embodiment Construction

[0025] Combined with the data provided in this patent, the following will give a complete and accurate description of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention. Other embodiments obtained by other skilled persons in this professional field without making breakthrough achievements all belong to the protection category of the present invention.

[0026] The experimental process of treating mastitis with glucoside includes the following steps:

[0027] S1. Select 8-week-old ICR mice for co-caging, with 1 male and 2 females in each cage. The establishment of the mouse mammary gland inflammation model will be completed within 3 to 7 days after the mice are delivered. The experiment is divided into 5 groups, each of which is the blank control group. (NT), single administration group (PE), mastitis model group (LPS), drug treatment group (LPS+PE), dexamethasone positive control group (LPS+DEX), 9 mice in each group. The method for constructing the mouse mam...

Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental method for treating mastitis by using pedunculoside. The experimental method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, selecting ICR mice 3-7 days after childbirth as experimental objects in the experiment; and dividing the ICR mice into five groups, namely a blank control group (NT), an administration group (PE), a mastitis model group (LPS), a drug therapy group (LPS+PE) and a dexamethasone positive control group (LPS+DEX), wherein each group comprises 9 mice; and S2, anesthetizing and fixing the mice by using pentobarbital sodium (45mg / kg), injecting LPS (0.2 mg / kg) into a fourth pair of nipples of the mice to construct a mastitis model, and collecting a sample after 24 hours. The invention discloses an experimental method for treating mastitis by using pedunculoside. Pathological damage conditions of mammary gland tissues are detected by a paraffin section method, expression conditions of inflammatory genes IL-1[beta] in the mammary gland tissues are evaluated by a fluorescent quantitative PCR technology, and experimental results show that pedunculoside can effectively treat LPS-induced mastitis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to an experimental method for treating mastitis diseases with catechin glucoside. Background technique [0002] Dairy cow mastitis, also known as dairy cow mastitis, is one of the three major diseases of dairy cows. It is also a common and serious disease in veterinary clinics. It causes huge economic losses to agriculture and animal husbandry every year. It has been reported that the global annual loss due to various dairy cow mastitis diseases is as high as 300 billion yuan. According to its classification, cow mastitis can be divided into clinical mastitis and recessive mastitis. The main symptoms of clinical mastitis are typical redness, swelling, heat, and pain in the breast, blood-colored milk clots can be seen in the milk, and there is a strong inflammatory reaction in the breast tissue. Inflammatory genes such as TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β and so on increased sharply, and the gen...
