Abstract

The invention discloses a novel device for efficiently purifying medical waste incineration flue gas through cooperation of plasma and activated carbon. The device is composed of four dielectric barrier discharge reactors (containing a certain mass of activated carbon), a plasma generation device, a flat plate and a rotating wheel. The reactors are fixedly mounted in the flat plate and the rotating wheel. Each reactor is respectively provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The plasma generation device is connected with an external fixing piece, and the external fixing piece is fixedly mounted on an upper dielectric plate and a lower dielectric plate respectively. The upper dielectric plate is connected to a high-frequency power supply through a high-voltage electrode. The lower dielectric plate is connected to a ground wire through a high-voltage electrode, and the upper and lower dielectric plates are loaded on the two sides of one reactor and clamped between the reactors. According to the system, a large amount of medical waste incineration flue gas is effectively prevented from being discharged into the environment without treatment, and the ecological environment pressure is relieved; and the device is simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in design, few in modules and easy to implement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of gas purification, and in particular relates to a device for efficiently purifying flue gas from medical waste incineration with novel plasma and activated carbon. Background technique [0002] Today, increasing amounts of medical waste are generated daily, which may contain highly infectious, biotoxic and corrosive substances, contaminate water, the atmosphere or soil, pose a direct threat to human health, and need to be dealt with as quickly as possible. On January 29, 2020. The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China issued the "Guidelines for Emergency Disposal Management and Technology of Medical Waste in Pneumonia Infected by Novel Coronavirus (Trial)" that medical waste generated by patients with pneumonia infected by novel coronavirus should be disposed of by high-temperature incineration. Incineration offers many advantages such as reduced waste volume, elimination of bacteria...
