Abstract

Provided are an electronic component module capable of preventing a substrate from being broken at the time of insertion into a connector case in an assembling operation and achieving a good protective function to a substrate in a use process, and a connector case thereof. The electronic component module comprises a substrate having a substrate body and a card edge connector; and a connector casehousing the substrate. The connector case has a substrate housing part; a connector fitting part; and a partition through which a slit is formed. The connector fitting part is provided with an openingpart to which a mating connector is connected. The substrate housing part is provided with an opening part into which the substrate is inserted along the connector fitting direction. A gap between the substrate and the slit is sealed by first sealing resin cured by a first resin material injected from the opening part of the connector fitting part, and the substrate body is sealed by second sealing resin cured by a second resin material injected from the opening part of the substrate housing part.
