Abstract

The invention provides a slice resource scheduling method and a network element. The method comprises the steps of acquiring analysis data of slices; analyzing and updating the analysis data to obtaina data analysis result; and sending a data analysis result to a network slice selection function NSSF or a policy control function PCF. The NSSF obtains a data analysis result of the slice from a network analysis logic function NWDAF; and slice-level KPIs and network performance adjustment are carried out according to the data analysis result. The PCF obtains the data analysis result of the slicefrom the network analysis logic function NWDAF; and strategy configuration adjustment is carried out on different slices according to the data analysis result. According to the NWDAF provided by theembodiment of the invention, the data analysis result can be obtained according to the analysis data of the current network, the data analysis result is distributed to the NSSF or the PCF, and the NSSF or the PCF dynamically adjusts the slice resources, so that the resource utilization rate is improved, and the SLA requirements of more slice users are met.
