The device is provided with an electromagnetic actuator which is provided in parallel witha spring member provided between a vehicle body and a wheel of a vehicle and generates a driving force relating to a damping operation and a stretching operation; an information acquisition unit thatacquires a roll angle speed of the vehicle; an attenuation force calculation unit that calculates a target attenuation force of the electromagnetic actuator; and an ECU that performs drive control ofthe electromagnetic actuator by using a target drive force obtained on the basis of the target attenuation force.
