The method comprises the following steps of defining parameters of different types of facilities and equipment through a unified standard; designing object templates of the facilities and the equipment according to the management attributes of the facilities and the equipment; designing an alarm model; designing a control model of the facilities and the equipment according to the actual operation capability of the facilities and the equipment; and designing a relationship model of businessrelationships or linkage rules among different facilities and equipment. According to the method, the model definition method provided by the invention fully describes the characteristics and capabilities of the facilities and equipment; through a visual management system mode, the facility equipment can be configured and described quickly and conveniently; the design method can be expanded as required and secondarily modified as required, and secondary expansion and modification applying the method are free of any development cost; and the method has certain replicability, and has practicalvalue in the industries of industrial automation and building intellectualization.
