Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-rollover control method and control system for a balanced heavy forklift. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the current speed of a forklift, and determining the dynamic parameters of the first stage of the forklift; determining dynamic parameters of the second stage of the forklift according to the dynamic parameters of the first stage of the forklift; according to the dynamic parameters of the first stage and the dynamic parameters of the second stage, obtaining the two-stage transverse load transfer rate of the forklift; and providing a preset transverse load transfer rate threshold value of the forklift and adjusting transverse load transfer rate parameters of the forklift to enable the current transverse load transfer rate of the forklift to be within the preset transverse load transfer rate threshold value of the vehicle.
