Abstract

The invention discloses an insurance policy information verification method and device based on zero knowledge proof. The method comprises the following steps:receiving an insurance policy informationverification transaction sent by a user, wherein a target insurance policy and to-be-verified insurance policy information are specified in the insurance policy information verification transaction;in response to the insurance policy information verification transaction, calling insurance policy information acquisition logic in the smart contract to acquire encrypted real insurance policy information corresponding to the to-be-verified insurance policy information from a target insurance policy stored on the blockchain; storing the encrypted real insurance policy information and the to-be-verified insurance policy information into a transaction log of the insurance policy information verification transaction, so that an insurance applicant of the target insurance policy obtains the encrypted real insurance policy information and the to-be-verified insurance policy information from the transaction log, generating a proof of the insurance policy information to be verified based on theencrypted real insurance policy information by adopting a zero knowledge proof technology; and sending the certificate returned by the insurance applicant to the user, so that the user verifies the to-be-verified insurance policy information based on the certificate. The method can meet the verification requirement of the user and protect the privacy of the insurance applicant.
