The electromagnetic field test platform comprises a power supply module, a comprehensive control and display module, a phase control module, a power frequency electric field generation module, a power frequency magnetic field generation module, an impact magnetic field generation module and awaveform measurement module, the power supply module provides a high-power power supply for the simulation generation platform; the comprehensive control and display module controls generation of a power frequency electric field, a power frequency magnetic field and an impact magnetic field and displays parameters such as an output voltage value, a current value and a phase in a centralized manner; the phase control module controls the impact magnetic field generation module to output an impact magnetic field, a power frequency magnetic field and a power frequency electromagnetic field to output at any superimposed phase; and the waveform measurement module realizes synchronous measurement of power frequency high voltage, power frequency current and impulse current waveforms. According tothe invention, simultaneous output of a power frequency electric field, a power frequency magnetic field and an impact magnetic field can be simulated, the impact magnetic field and the power frequency electromagnetic field can be superposed at any phase, and the electromagnetic field environment requirement of an online monitoring device or a live detection instrument during laboratory calibration is met.
