The display device comprises a display panel and a driving control module; the display panel comprises a first display area and asecond display area, and a first data signal for driving the first display area to display and a second data signal for driving the second display area to display are controlled through the driving control module, so that a high-potential section of a first data signal is located in a low-potential section of the second data signal, and a high-potential section of the second data signal is locatedin a low-potential section of the first data signal, thereby enabling the first data signal and the second data signal to be arranged in a staggered manner, preventing the peak current from being toolarge due to the fact that the first data signal and the second data signal are arranged in the same phase, reducing the maximum current required by display of the display device, reducing the requirement of the display device for the power supply specification, and saving the production and use cost.
