Abstract

The invention provides a storage-transmission combined planning method for coping with insufficient peak regulation and power transmission congestion. The method comprises the following steps: inputting wind power data, load data, a conventional power supply structure and a current power grid topology of a planning target year; according to the wind power data, the load data, the conventional power supply structure and the current power grid topology, respectively obtaining wind curtailment power caused by insufficient peak regulation depth and wind curtailment power caused by power transmission blockage; and coupling the wind curtailment power caused by the insufficient peak regulation depth with the wind curtailment power caused by the power transmission blockage to obtain the total wind curtailment power of the system. By utilizing a pre-constructed storage and transmission joint optimization model for coping with insufficient peak regulation and power transmission blockage, coordinated optimization between configuration energy storage and extension of a power transmission line is realized, so that an optimal planning scheme for energy storage configuration and power transmission network extension is obtained, and the problem of wind curtailment is thoroughly solved from two aspects of insufficient peak regulation and power transmission blockage.
