Abstract

The invention relates to intelligent quality detection in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and particularly discloses an intelligent detection method for concrete water permeability based on two-dimensional vibration data. Vibration data from to-be-detected concrete are processed by using a deep neural network so as to intelligently detect the water permeability of the concrete. Specifically, in the detection process, firstly, to-be-detected concrete is hit by a heavy hammer in mutually perpendicular directions, and multiple pieces of vibration data are obtained; and then, cross-vector association among the feature vectors corresponding to the plurality of vibration data are calculated by using a convolutional neural network and a metric function, and then a classification result of whether the water permeability quality of the currently detected concrete meets a standard or not is generated through a classifier based on the cross-vector association.
