Abstract

The invention discloses an intersection water area space-time resource allocation method based on ship-shore cooperation, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, the space-time resources of an intersection water area are defined as space-time resource blocks, the behaviors of a ship in the intersection water area are divided into crossing, afflux and afflux, and the space-time resource blocks occupied by different behaviors of the ship are different; and S2, a hybrid integer optimization problem by taking the total passing time of the ships in the minimum finite time as an objective function and taking the exclusive occupation of a single ship on a space-time resource block as a constraint is established, thereby reducing conflicts of the ships in an intersection water area by formulating the arrival time and passing speed of the ships.
