The water plant water taking system comprises an overflow well water outlet system and a gate well water outlet system which are arranged in parallel. The water supplementing comprehensive utilization system has four water utilization modes and comprises a riverway upstream water supplementing opening, an artificial wetland, a small lake pond and a reserved later-period water supplementing connector. The artificial wetland and the small lake pond are finally connected to a riverway through pipelines. A water supplementing pipe network and the small lake pond are provided with reserved later-period water supplementing connectors respectively. The water supplementing pipeline system water outlet pipe network is arranged in the mode that an annular pipeline is formed by a main system, and branch systems flow into outlets through branch pipe networks. The rainwater storage system comprises a rainwater storage module. Rainwater flows through a mud settling and flow abandoning well to the rainwater storage module.
