Compared with the prior art, by directly recovering high-quality water vapor as a gas stripping medium, the external steam consumption of the reboiler can be reduced by 20-30%, so that the regeneration energy consumption of the whole system is reduced to the leading level of 2.0-2.2 GJ / t COs, and the regeneration efficiency of the whole system is improved. By means of multi-stage flash evaporation and utilization of the solution absorption capacity, the desulfurization slurry waste heat recovery efficiency is greatly improved, gradient utilization is conducted on high-temperature flue gas, heat energy is fully recovered, and the operation cost is reduced through an open type heat pump.
