Abstract

The invention discloses a TM direct fixation method double-eyelid operation. The double-eyelid operation comprises the following steps: disinfecting a to-be-operated area and paving a sterile sheet through sufficient communication, detailed evaluation, accurate measurement and drawing of a predetermined line; and slowly injecting anesthetic by using a 30G needle head, confirming the accuracy of line drawing before anesthetic, mainly including the width of double eyelid lines, the peeling width, the length of an incision, the thickness of a line drawing pen and the like, and finally folding and suturing skin, muscles and meibomian anterior fascia. The operation is simple and rapid to operate, the operation wound is small, and is rapid to recover, the forming principle of the operation is that upper palpebral muscle aponeurosis branches and upper palpebral dermis tissue are expected to form adhesion through an artificial method, and when eyes are opened, upper palpebral muscle contracts to drive the skin to form plica so that double-palpebral skin muscles and the upper edge of the tarsal are firmly fixed; and an upper eyelid tendon membrane is lifted to transmit power to the upper edge of the meibomian, the upper edge of the meibomian drives the musculus orbicularis and the superficial dermis to move backwards and upwards to form plica, adverse factors of other methods are perfectly avoided, physiological and dissection requirements are met, and double eyelids are formed.
