Abstract

The invention discloses a single emulsifier based on a DNA triangular origami technology and a preparation method and application of a double emulsion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: designing and synthesizing a staple chain of DNA triangular origami; mixing a DNA skeleton chain and the staple chain to synthesize DNA triangular origami; purifying and enriching the triangular origami; and preparing the double emulsion. The process is simple, the obtained DNA triangular origami can serve as a single emulsifier of the double emulsion, the prepared emulsion can deliver hydrophilic arbutin and hydrophobic coumaric acid at the same time, and a center nano hole of the DNA triangular origami can serve as a release nano channel of the arbutin and the coumaric acid. Zero-order release is realized under the driving of intermolecular acting force of arbutin, cumaric acid and DNA triangle origami and aperture confinement effect. The synthesis steps are few, the operation is simple, and the application in actual production is facilitated.
