Fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) shows that after exogenous spraying of arbutin, the expression quantity of disease course defense reaction genes in wheat is obviously increased, and surface arbutin is a potential metabolite for enhancing wheat immunity and can be used for preventing and treating wheat rust.
