According to the specific implementation scheme, the method comprises the steps of obtaining a first feature of a predetermined to-be-recommended material; determining a second feature of the to-be-recommended object; and according to the first feature of the to-be-recommended material and the second feature of the to-be-recommended object, utilizing a pre-trained material recommendation model to carry out click rate prediction, and according to a click rate prediction result, carrying out material recommendation on the to-be-recommended object. According to the scheme, the first feature of each to-be-recommended material in the material library can be pre-determined.
