The prepared nucleic acid aptamer can specifically recognize human highly invasive choroidal melanoma cells and choroidal melanoma tissues and has very high affinity; there is no immunogenicity;the molecular weight is small, and in-vitro chemical synthesis can be realized; different parts of the aptamer are easy to modify and replace.
