Abstract

The invention discloses a modular push-pull type sorting machine which is mainly used for the express logistics industry. The modular push-pull type sorting machine comprises a group of horizontal power transmission mechanism, a plurality of groups of push-pull sorting devices perpendicular to the horizontal power transmission mechanisms, push-pull motors, a central controller and a rack. The horizontal power transmission mechanism comprises a roller, a poly V-belt connected with the roller and a conveying motor; and each push-pull sorting device is composed of a chain or a synchronizing wheel, a chain wheel, a shaft, one push-pull motor and a positioning sensor. Parcels move forwards under the action of the horizontal power transmission mechanism, when the parcels reach a designated position, a photoelectric sensor sends a signal to the central controller, the central controller issues an instruction to the push-pull motors, and the push-pull motors rotate; and as an additional piece is arranged at one side of each chain or synchronizing wheel below the roller and is higher than the roller, the cargoes are pushed to leave the roller to complete sorting of the parcels.
