Problems solved by technology

Therefore, in the structure of Patent Document 1, when inserting the above-mentioned permanent magnet, that is, the rotor magnet, into the above-mentioned magnet insertion hole, a large force is required.
[0008] In addition, when the rotor core and the rotor magnet are sealed with resin, the rotor magnet inserted into the magnet insertion hole tends to be displaced due to the flow of the resin.

Embodiment approach 1

[0043] (Structure of motor)

[0044] exist figure 1 The schematic structure of the motor 1 which is an IPM motor which has the rotor 2 which concerns on embodiment of this invention is shown in . The motor 1 includes a rotor 2 , a stator 3 and a housing 4 . The rotor 2 is a rotor for an IPM motor in which magnets are embedded. The rotor 2 rotates about the central axis P relative to the stator 3 . In the present embodiment, the motor 1 is a so-called inner rotor type motor in which a rotor 2 is rotatably positioned in a cylindrical stator 3 around a center axis P. As shown in FIG.

[0045] The rotor 2 includes a shaft 20 , a rotor core 21 and rotor magnets 22 . The rotor 2 is located radially inside the stator 3 and can rotate relative to the stator 3 .

[0046] The rotor core 21 has a cylindrical shape extending along the central axis P. As shown in FIG. A shaft 20 extending along the central axis P is fixed to the rotor core 21 in a state penetrating in the axial direc...

Embodiment approach 2

[0082] Next, a motor according to Embodiment 2 will be described. The shapes of the housing hole 150 and the deformation allowing portion 160 of the motor according to the second embodiment are different from the shapes of the housing hole 50 and the deformation allowing portion 60 of the first embodiment. Figure 5 It is a figure which shows the schematic structure of the rotor core part 121 of Embodiment 2.

[0083] The rotor core 121 is formed by laminating a plurality of disk-shaped rotor core members 124 in the thickness direction. The rotor core 121 has magnet insertion holes 123 , and the magnet insertion holes 23 pass through the plurality of rotor core members 124 in the axial direction when the plurality of rotor core members 124 are laminated.

[0084] The rotor core member 124 has a housing hole 150 and a deformation allowing portion 160 . The receiving hole 150 constitutes a part of the inner edge of the magnet insertion hole 123 of the rotor core. In addition,...

Abstract

A configuration is obtained in which a rotor magnet can be easily inserted into a magnet insertion hole and shifting of the rotor magnet in the magnet insertion hole can be curbed. A rotor for an IPM motor has multiple disk-shaped rotor core members that are laminated in the thickness direction to form a columnar rotor core through which a magnet insertion hole penetrates in the axial direction, and a rotor magnet that is inserted into the magnet insertion hole. At least one of the multiple rotor core members forms a part of the inner edge of the magnet insertion hole, and has a protrusion that comes into contact with the rotor magnet inserted in the magnet insertion hole, and a deformation allowing portion that allows deformation of the protrusion and is located on the side opposite to the magnet insertion hole with at least one of the protrusions interposed therebetween in plan view of the rotor core member as viewed from the thickness direction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rotor for an IPM motor. Background technique [0002] There is known an IPM motor (Interior Permanet Magnet Motor) having a structure in which permanent magnets are embedded in a rotor. Patent Document 1 discloses an IPM motor in which magnet insertion holes are located in the rotor core of the rotor at equiangular intervals along the circumferential direction, and permanent magnets are inserted into the magnet insertion holes. [0003] The permanent magnet is fixed inside the magnet insertion hole by being sandwiched between a leaf spring portion protruding from an inner wall surface of the magnet insertion hole and an inner wall surface of the magnet insertion hole. [0004] prior art literature [0005] patent documents [0006] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2015-76956 [0007] In the IPM motor disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the permanent magnet is inserted into the magnet insertion hole, the l...
