Abstract

The invention discloses a natural language understanding method. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a voice request, identifying the voice request frame by frame to obtain a frame text and an identified text, predicting the frame text by using a prediction model to obtain a predicted text in the frame-by-frame identification process, processing the predicted text to obtain a first understanding result, after the frame-by-frame recognition process is finished, matching the recognition text with the prediction text, and outputting the first understanding result as a natural language understanding result of the voice request under the condition that the recognition text is matched with the prediction text. According to the method, the voice request of the user can be identified and understood by the natural language, and meanwhile, the NLU processing can be completed in advance in the timeout waiting time through advanced prediction and NLU processing.
