Abstract

The present invention provides a method and device for determining a standby base station, and a motorized access network, the motorized base station being used for determining a candidate terminal set accessing the motorized base station, the candidate terminal set comprising: at least one motorized terminal simultaneously deployed with a base station protocol and a terminal protocol corresponding to the motorized access network, obtaining the signal transmission time of each mobile terminal in the candidate terminal set, wherein the signal transmission time of the mobile terminal is the duration required for transmitting a signal sent by the mobile terminal to the mobile base station, and determining at least one alternative mobile terminal with relatively short signal transmission time in the candidate terminal set as a standby base station. The mobile terminal is used for operating a base station protocol deployed in the mobile terminal to upgrade the mobile terminal into the mobile base station under the condition that the mobile base station is confirmed to have a fault and the mobile terminal is used as a standby base station. According to the scheme, the complexity of determining the standby base station can be reduced.
