The method comprises the steps of obtaining an evaluation task pre-stored in a block chain platform; obtaining evaluation data of each to-be-evaluated medical institution in the evaluation time period based on the evaluation task; for the evaluation data, performing statistics according to evaluation indexes to obtain statistical values of the evaluation indexes in each to-be-evaluated medical institution; mapping the statistical values of the same evaluation indexes in different to-be-evaluated medical institutions to the same value interval to obtain corresponding interval values; calculating the credit score of each to-be-evaluated medical institution based on the interval numerical value and the index weight of each evaluation index; and generating a credit evaluation report based on the credit score and each piece of intermediate data, and storing the credit evaluation report to the block chain platform, so that a third-party platform obtains the credit evaluation report from the block chain platform.
